About Me

Professionally I was trained at Niagara University, in upstate NY.  I received my Bachelors and Masters degrees from Niagara University. My BA is in Psychology with minors in the Fine Arts and Women's Studies. My Masters is in Mental Health Counseling. I worked in an inner city clinic for about seven years, before starting my own private practice. There I was honored to work with brilliant staff and clients. In my private practice I have worked with people from all walks of life, including individual, group and marriage counseling. I do my best to maintain a healthy dose of humor, and authenticity in my work and truly value the time I get to spent with my clients. While working with me expect to feel heard, appreciated and challenged.  Therapy can be a vulnerable thing to do, its risk outweighs the difficulty it takes to make the first step.

Marriage therapy has become a favorite mode of therapy in recent years. I am a Gottman level I and level II certified therapist and employ these concepts in my work. I do believe marriages can change and it is an honor to be a part of that change.

I strive to be a life long learner. My attention generally goes towards new ways of thinking about and explaining behavior, theology, art. I enjoy being on top of mountains and good dessert.

I am currently seeing clients in person and through telehealth. My office is currently located in Hershey PA.
